Neem Ventures is led by Kennedy Horton. Kennedy is a veteran of GNC and FedEx Express. At GNC, Kennedy led the China business during its largest growth phase—2X+ revenue growth in three years, breaking into the top three brands in the category for cross border e-commerce and driving $100M+ of incremental product sales.

Working across cultures is second nature to Kennedy—although an American, he spent about half his life in Asia and speaks, reads, and writes Chinese.

 
 

Our Process

  • Discover whether there is substantial, accessible, and addressable demand for your products, who the potential target market is, and how to reach them. This will include a preliminary regulatory review.

  • Work with influencers and micro-channels to gather data on consumer reception and begin designing positioning strategy. This typically includes sending samples of your products to strategically selected influencers and key opinion leaders for detailed feedback.

  • Full market entry plan, which typically includes several options to choose from, such as partner sourcing, partner selection guidance, wholesale solutions, and any other strategies that could be successful for your brand.
